Skanska signs lease agreement for 15,000 square meters with AFRY in the office building Solna Link, Solna, Sweden

Skanska has signed a 10-year lease agreement with AFRY for their new headquarters, comprising approximately 15,000 square meters of office space in the new Solna Link office building located in Arenastaden, Solna, Sweden. The premises are scheduled for occupancy in 2028. As a result, the entire first phase of the project is fully let.

Solna Link is situated alongside the tracks at Solna Station. In addition to office spaces, the ground floor will feature gym, conference facilities, lounge, restaurant, café, and bicycle services. As Solna Station expands as a public transport hub, a new metro line is planned to open for traffic in 2028. The location benefits from excellent connections by bus, light rail, commuter train, metro, car, and bicycle.

The area around Solna Station is continuously evolving, with new companies establishing themselves in the vicinity. Just minutes from Solna Link and close to the station is Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, offering shops, restaurants and a full range of services.

Solna Link will offer a total leasable space of about 36,000 square meters and will be LEED certified with the ambition to achieve Platinum level. It has also been pre-certified according to NollCo2 and WELL Gold standards.
