Parineeti Chopra turns cheerleader for Priyanka Chopra at Heads of State premiere: ‘She lives a chaotic life but never forgets family’ |

Parineeti Chopra turned into a cheerleader for her cousin Priyanka Chopra Jonas at the London premiere of ‘Heads of State.’ The ‘Ishaqzaade’ actress lit up the red carpet with her jolly nature and admiration as she was celebrating Priyanka’s versatility and steady commitment to family even among the global popularity.

“No pressure, just excitement.”

Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Parineeti shared her joy at attending the premiere by saying, “I have been in London for the past two months so I haven’t been around. But I am very excited. The pressure is not there because it’s not my film. It’s my sister’s film so I can just enjoy. No pressure on me today but I am excited.” Her words reflected both pride and relief, as she embraced the moment purely as a supportive sibling.

“Action is her thing.”

When asked about Priyanka’s strengths as an actor, Parineeti didn’t hold back and said, “Which genre does she not nail? Name the genre she doesn’t nail. I think action is her thing. We’ve seen her from the days of Don to Quantico to Mary Kom. She’s done the best stuff. But it’s going to be so exciting to see yet another Hollywood release from her.” Her praise highlighted Priyanka’s evolution from Bollywood powerhouse to global action star.

“She never forgets family.”

Perhaps the most touching moment came when Parineeti was asked to share something lesser known about Priyanka; she quoted, “Many people know it, but if there’s anybody who doesn’t know… she lives this crazy, chaotic and glamorous life but she never forgets family and she never ever leaves family behind. I’ve been here, she wasn’t even in town and she messaged me saying, ‘Are you there? We need to see each other.’” This glimpse into their bond revealed the emotional connection behind Priyanka’s fast-paced lifestyle and her family. The action-comedy movie ‘Heads of State,’ which stars John Cena, Idris Elba, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, has officially landed on OTT. The movie is directed by Ilya Naishuller, which blends political satire, buddy comedy, and high-octane espionage into one wild ride.
