Each assembly constituency is assigned a dedicated counting observer, with two additional observers monitoring the Nanded bypoll.
With a substantial increase in postal ballots this year, authorities have arranged 1,732 tables for their counting and an additional 592 for the Electronically Transmitted Postal Ballot System.
