A U.S. State Department official stated that foreign students applying for visas to study in the United States should understand that they cannot obstruct classes or vandalize campuses, after it resumed student visa processing following a temporary suspension. State Department deputy spokesperson Mignon Houston also underlined that all visa-related decisions are taken keeping America’s national security in mind. Houston said, “we want them to understand that we want to see a use of that visa that is in line with their application and the students come to the United States and study and not obstruct students from studying in class, not to vandalize campuses.”#usstudentvisa #socialmediascreening #visaprocessing #internationalstudents #f1visa #studyinusa #nationalsecurity #visaupdate #usavisas #highereducation #studentlife #campussafety #statdept #mignonhouston #foreigneducation #indianstudents #visaguidance #toi #toibharat
